Pai Gow Poker combines classic American Poker with an ancient Chinese domino game. Pai Gow is played with a deck of 53 cards, one standard deck and one joker.
The object of the game is to split your hand of seven cards into two hands (one of five cards and one of two cards) so that both of your hands rank higher than the Dealer's two hands. That is, the your five-card hand (highest) hand must rank higher than the dealer's five-card hand, and the your two-card hand (2nd highest) must rank higher than the dealer's two-card hand. In creating your two hands, the only stipulation is that your 5-card hand must rank higher than your 2-card hand (hands are valued according to general poker rules). Winning hands pay even money.
Harrods Pai Gow Poker offers the best odds by offering only 5% commission when player is banker.
